Sigma Place is a 33-unit condominium building situated in Estevan, Saskatchewan—“The Energy City”. The brand-new building, which was recently completed in September 2014, provides a much-needed solution to the lack of affordable rental accommodations for long-term guests of Estevan. Suites feature conveniences such as in-suite washer/dryer and gourmet kitchens.

All suites are fully furnished and stocked with all useful supplies that one could need while residing long-term. Housekeeping services are included, and the frequency of scheduled cleanings can be adjusted according to the guest’s preference.
